Our mission at Coaching School Leadership is to support school leaders with practical, hands-on, one-on-one coaching focused on strategies that promote objective reflection in a non-evaluative learning environment.

My passion for the principalship, leadership, teaching, and learning has never been as important to me as it is today, twenty years into my career. I established Coaching School Leadership to nurture growth in school leaders through practical, hands-on strategies which support the day-to-day demands of the principalship. Principal coaching focuses on strategies that promote thoughtful analysis, reflection, and creative problem solving. Coaching is the lever that leads principals to effectively support their students, staff, and communities while embracing challenges and loving the role of principal. While the principalship is a great job, it is an increasingly difficult and often lonely one. The time has come to recognize these demands and provide principals with a support mechanism to help them flourish.
